The short layer looks like a bi-chromatic kaleidoscope--very dense, very symmetrical, and always shifting. It's a melon field with an overlay of purple. There is a double border of green-yellow and purple. It's really lovely, and hypnotic.
The short layer is also a dense pattern, with repeating squares of traditional indian shapes. Looks almost tribal-meets-granny square. This layer has a very bold diagonal pallu featuring boteh, flowers, fans and geometric shapes in burnt orange with pops of magenta, green and a gorgeous wild strawberry border.
Short layer has very minor ink misses, otherwise no damage noted. Long layer is nearly perfect, with a couple of very minor ink dots on the pattern.
This skirt is approximately 50"x 35", plus ties. Wevez skirts have 2 buttonholes in the waistband.
