The short layer is a really pretty pale green with a small-scale pattern of floral bouquets. The pattern fades to ivory toward the outside, and is replaced with stripes of dark blue...well, they look like drop spindles against that ivory background.
The long layer...did I mention that I love these small-scale, medium-density floral patterns? I did? Good. This layer is a really pretty orange with blue/silver/grey flowers. The side borders are the same blue/silver/gray color.
The short layer has minor ink bleeds on the borders. The long layer has no damage noted.
Both layers are soft to the touch and have a nice drape. This skirt will be very pleasing to wear.
This skirt is approximately 58"x 21", plus ties. Darn Good Yarn skirts have 3 buttonholes in the waistband.
