Both layers of this skirt are densely-packed, small-scale florals.
The short layer is a more realistic-looking flowers, in shades of gold, almond and tumbleweed on a maroon background. No pallu on this layer.
The short layer is a much more traditional motif, in timberwolf and gold on razzmatazz. The pallu features dramatically-elongated boteh.
The short layer is very sheer with minor thread pulls, ink misses, one small stain at the left border and a small pinhole. The long layer has a nearly invisible tear with accompanying thread pulls at the corner of the border pattern. Waistband of the skirt from the rear view has a couple inch section near the edge that is not fully sewn to the waistband and is a little frayed. Easy fix for someone semi-handy with a needle and thread. This skirt is approximately 60"x33", plus ties. Darn Good Yarn skirts have 3 buttonholes in the waistband.
